Parser scripts: no more mod_rewrite

Thanks to a tip from Joost Nieuwenhuijse (yes, that Joost), the QuicktimeVR and PTV parser scripts no longer require mod_rewrite when used on an Apache based server.

Update: To celebrate this change, the quicktime parser has been updated to display preview tracks if they are available in the panorama
