sound outside SPi-V
I agree sound would be a great addition.
However, you can already add sound the same way it is added to your panorama on panoramas.dk, in a seperate control.
sound and *.ini
Aldo,
would it be possible to run some music while Spi-V is running?
Is it possible to run mp3 from Spi-V.ini file?
Ini file could run mp3 and Spi-V.exe....
I know that we have to wait for 1.4, but maybe you are near to implement it soon....

No
not yet
looking for sound/music in SPi-V
Aldo,
I know that sound is not implemented in SPi-V yet.
But would it be possible to do it in different and easy or tricky way?
I want to do a hotspot that will run an mp3 (in the background) or other music file.
Would it be possible like this?
<action event="click" type="getURL"value="music.mp3" target="infoframe" />
Do you have any idea how to do it? Any help or tips???
Please....
Might work in HTML
In html, that might very well work. Especially if its just for looping music. But you could just as well put the music directly into the HTML.
For the standalone viewers (which I though you were using) this will open a browser window and play the music in the browser window.
how to run a browser in background?
When I click a hotspot with defined action (above) the browser goes to the top of my virtual tour. I don't want to see the browser while I am watching a virtual tour.
How to change this code to send browser to the background?
Have you heard about mp3Player.swf ? This player is based on Flash. Maybe now you have an idea how to add music to SPi-V.....
Do you know this rival's product? Java Pure Player with music in HTML and in player.

Sound comes 'as is'
Karol, I have explained I don't have a good solution for sound. More than once. I really appreciate your enthusiasm, but please stop asking over an over again, it is not productive.
The idea I outlined is meant to play the sound in a 'hidden frame' in your html document. If you want to do something with sound, google for 'hidden frame' and I am sure you'll be able to find out what it means.
