filter rules for posts

...just a little comment/suggestion: as i understood from many posts, users have problems posting code snippets here. i noticed that the filter does allow most of the xml-nodes, except the (layer) node, which it finds "suspisious"... i do understand that (html) and (body) tags are forbidden, but having to change all the (layer) every time one pastes a snippet is a bit wearisome and makes the code confusing...
